teen-age boys played basketball nearly naked while Bagac mayor and vice mayor watch. and in front of their parents & siblings – WTF?

teen-age boys file a complaint against mayor del rosario and vice mayor teopengco of bagac bataan for asking them to play basketball wearing only their briefs in front of hundreds of residents. they charged that the mayor and vice-mayor were at the audience and did nothing about it. they also charged that the mayor even put up cash prices for them to perform.

what has happened to our country and countrymen?

this incident happened in front of hundreds of citizens. were the mothers, fathers and siblings of these teen-age boys not there? why did they not do anything to stop their sons and siblings?

what about the other adults in the audience? they did not see anything wrong with it? and why did they not stop it?

and why was it that these teen-age boys did not see anything wrong with what they did? one of them said he did it for the money. so to them, going almost fully naked in front of your parents, family members and neighbors is okay because they will get money. these boys do not see anything wrong with selling their bodies?
