amielsfootprints.wordpress photos used in abs-cbn’s TV Patrol World news braodcast – without permission
we were shocked to see photos we posted at our amiel’s footprints photoblog (click here to view: http://amielsfootprints.wordpress.com/) in tonight’s edition of TV Patrol World news program. we were shocked because we did know that abs-cbn and tv patrol will use them.
while they did not formally ask for permission to use them, they did declare on the photos used at the upper right hand corner the words “courtesy of amielsfootprints.wordpress.com”. the notation was prominent and could be read clearly so i guess that is okay.
we like to thank abs-cbn and tv patrol world for using them and for clearly identifying the source of the photos.
sometime shortly after midnight
of may 2, 2009, wawam.wordpress
breached the 100,000 hits mark.

congratulations to wawam.wordpress readers and bloggers – just a few minutes ago, ABS CBN aired a video newscast about this blog, your signature campaign and contents of this blog on their TV Patrol World news program (aired on national TV March 4, 2009).
for an internet blogsite to hit national tv / mass media is a huge achievement! ABS CBN’s TV Patrol World is also the highest rating news program in the country.
the readers and bloggers efforts here at wawam.wordpress are moving forward and taking some energy. your comments and posts here are making a difference.
this will go a long way at achieveing the goals you have set for yourselves – celebrate the life of Amiel, continue his footprints and together with the Ateneo school officials implement changes and improvements on safety for school children inside the campus.
again, congratulations to all!
